Set up on new gmail account for each survey site you join. If advertisers see the same e-mail over and over you are not a new lead. You can get more use out of one gmail by adding periods to it. For instance if the address was naptimecash@ gmail you could type nap.timecash or napti.mecash or nap.ti.mecash and it still returns to the orginal gmail account without periods.

Set up a free voicemail. You don't want people calling your home phone and pestering you. You can get a free voicemail with your area code at privatephone.com. It's great!
